  (1) THE EASIEST WAY TO ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE IS TO SEND AN EMAIL TO ME WITH THE ITEM NUMBER, ITEM DESCRIPTION, AND QUANTITY YOU WISH TO ORDER IF MORE THAN ONE OF THE ITEM(S) IS AVAILABLE.  I WILL RESPOND BY EMAIL OR TELEPHONE IF YOU LEAVE YOUR TELEPHONE NUMBER IN YOUR EMAIL.  I WILL INFORM YOU OF AVAILABILITY AND THE ORDER TOTAL.  YOU MAY THEN MAIL IN YOUR PAYMENT BY WAY OF CHECK OR MONEY ORDER.  UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR PAYMENT, I WILL IMMEDIATELY SEND YOUR ORDER TO YOU BY FIRST CLASS MAIL.  MAIL ALL PAYMENTS TO:

The first item ordered will incur a shipping and handling fee of $2.00.  Each additional item ordered will only cost an additional $.50.

All merchandise will be shipped by United States Postal Service First Class Mail (unless requested otherwise) within three business days after I have received payment for your order.  If sending in a check, however, it may take approximately three to seven days before I am able to send your order. All orders should be received within one to two weeks if your item(s) is in stock.   

THIS WEBSITE IS UPDATED WITH ITEM AVAILABILITY EVERY WEEK SO IF YOU ORDER AN ITEM THAT WAS OUT OF STOCK YET SHOWN TO BE IN STOCK, PLEASE ACCEPT MY APOLOGIES.  I WILL CONTACT YOU AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND WE WILL DISCUSS YOUR OPTIONS.

REFUNDS

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to me so I will gladly issue a refund for damaged merchandise or simply if you are not satisfied by way of accidental misrepresentation of the item(s) on my part .  The refund will be issued after you have contacted me by email, received a response from me, and I have received the returned merchandise. I will not be able to refund shipping and handling charges, however.  You should receive your refund within approximately one week.   Pertaining to the ribbon cords, they will ocassionally break.  If this happens, please let me know ASAP, and I will immediately send you a replacement for free with no extra shipping and handling charge!

There is not a toll free number, yet; therefore, I communicate mostly by email. If you would like to speak with me by telephone and you are not local to Lexington, North Carolina, send me an email with your phone number, and I will gladly give you a call as soon as possible. If I am not available, leave a short message, and I will return your call within twenty-four to forty-eight hours.  Be sure to inform me of the best time to return your call!
